TERMS OF DELIVERY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Lappaz<\/strong>, business ID: 3349460-9<\/strong>, sells products to individuals in the EU area. These terms of delivery apply to ordering products in our online store and similar deliveries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These terms of our delivery are valid from 11.3.2023<\/strong> . We can change the delivery conditions unilaterally from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with our delivery conditions in advance every time you order products from our online store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Making price calculation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

You can either send a price request or use the price estimation tool provided on our website. Please note that the price is calculated automatically and the estimator does not correspond to the final price. After you send the 3D model(s), we will prepare them for printing and send you the product's final price to you by email. If you accept the final price, you will send your contact information, choose the delivery method and confirm. We send the order confirmation and the invoice by e-mail. After paying the invoice, we manufacture the products and deliver them as agreed. Please note that we reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs. We will not charge you, the order will be rejected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer's responsibility<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the compatibility and functionality of the 3D model. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure that the 3D model can be used for commercial purposes<\/strong>. In addition, the customer is responsible for the legality of the file, although we do our best to ensure legality before manufacturing the product (For example, printing weapons or their parts is not allowed.).
We are not responsible for any damage or problems caused by the printed part. The customer is responsible for the security, compatibility and functionality of the 3D model file. If problems occur, we follow the procedures mentioned in the \"Problem Situations\" section.

Registered letter 13,70\u20ac<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery via postal service to your home or a pickup point. Handed over to the recipient or their authorized representative against a signature. Estimated delivery time is 3-10 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Letter, no tracking 5\u20ac – 7,50\u20ac<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery via postal service directly to your mailbox without tracking. Unfortunately, if the shipment is lost during postal handling, we cannot provide compensation. Estimated delivery time is 8-16 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ordering and contract<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

You can order products on the homepage of our online store by moving them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to familiarize yourself with and agree to our delivery conditions valid at any given time. Right of cancellation and return conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are a consumer, you have the right according to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel the order by notifying us of this no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods or, if it is a matter of regular delivery of goods, the receipt of the first batch of goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery check, error and problem situations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order or is incorrect, please report it to our Customer Service as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest, and we will agree on how to get the error corrected. In the consumer store, we comply with the mandatory error liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding errors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
