TERMS OF DELIVERY
Lappaz, business ID: 3349460-9, sells products to individuals in the EU area. These terms of delivery apply to ordering products in our online store and similar deliveries.
These terms of our delivery are valid from 11.3.2023 . We can change the delivery conditions unilaterally from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with our delivery conditions in advance every time you order products from our online store.
Products and product prices
Verkkokaupan tuotteiden ominaisuudet ja hinnat on esitetty kunkin tuotteen tuote-esittelyn yhteydessä. Pidätämme oikeuden hintojen ja toimituskulujen muutoksiin, joten tarkastathan ko. hinnat ostoskorista ennen kuin hyväksyt tilauksen. Tuotteiden hinnat sisältävät alv 24%, joka ilmenee ostoskorissa ja tilausvahvistuksessa.
Making price calculation
You can either send a price request or use the price estimation tool provided on our website. Please note that the price is calculated automatically and the estimator does not correspond to the final price. After you send the 3D model(s), we will prepare them for printing and send you the product's final price to you by email. If you accept the final price, you will send your contact information, choose the delivery method and confirm. We send the order confirmation and the invoice by e-mail. After paying the invoice, we manufacture the products and deliver them as agreed. Please note that we reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs. We will not charge you, the order will be rejected.
Lähetettyjen 3D-mallien osalta noudatamme tietosuojakäytäntöämme, emmekä jaa niitä ulkopuolisille tahoille.
Customer's responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the compatibility and functionality of the 3D model. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure that the 3D model can be used for commercial purposes. In addition, the customer is responsible for the legality of the file, although we do our best to ensure legality before manufacturing the product (For example, printing weapons or their parts is not allowed.).
We are not responsible for any damage or problems caused by the printed part. The customer is responsible for the security, compatibility and functionality of the 3D model file. If problems occur, we follow the procedures mentioned in the "Problem Situations" section.

Shipping costs
The delivery costs that may be charged for the order depend on the chosen delivery method and are automatically added to the order total. You can see the shipping costs charged for your order (if shipping costs are charged) in your shopping cart before you accept the order.

Pickup from Jyväskylä by agreement. We will notify you by e-mail of more detailed pick-up instructions, once the order has been completed.
Posti, letter without tracking 2,29€
Delivery as a Posti letter that fits in the recipient's mailbox. Only orders weighing less than 50g.
Matkahuolto, pakettiautomaatit ja noutopisteet paketti 7,20€
Shipping via Matkahuolto to the nearest pick-up point. You will automatically receive a notification of the shipment to your email, which also shows the tracking code.
Posti, postipaketti 7,40€
Perillä 1–2 arkipäivää lähettämisestä. Myös lauantaitoimituksia. Noudettavissa 7 päivän ajan. Seurattavissa.
Saat paketin valitsemaasi Postiin tai automaattiin. Lähetyksen kulkua voi seurata netissä tai OmaPosti-sovelluksella. Posti on kotimainen ja vastuullinen valinta.
Lähetystä säilytetään pakettiautomaatissa 7 päivän ajan.
Posti, Pikkupaketti ovelle tai postilaatikkoon 5,70€
Perillä 2–5 arkipäivää lähettämisestä. Seurattavissa.
Koosta riippuen jaetaan joko postilaatikkoon/-luukkuun tai oven taakse. Saat viestin, kun paketti on jaettu. Lähetyksen kulkua voi seurata netissä tai OmaPosti-sovelluksella. Posti on kotimainen ja vastuullinen valinta.
Posti, Kotipaketti 13,99€
Kotiinkuljetus sovittuna aikana arkisin klo 9–21. Vilkkaimmilla alueilla myös lauantaisin. Saat pyynnön valita toimitusaika, kun paketti on ollut matkalla 1–2 arkipäivää. Samalla voit valita, vastaanotatko paketin kasvotusten vai ovelle jätettynä.
Lähetyksen kulkua voi seurata netissä tai OmaPosti-sovelluksella. Posti on kotimainen valinta, jolla tuet suomalaista työtä.
NOTICE:
Muistathan noutaa paketin. Jos et nouda pakettia, veloitamme erillisen palautuskulun riippuen toimitustavasta. Huomaathan, että jos paketti palautuu noutamattomana, palautussummasta vähennetään alkuperäinen postimaksu ja palautuskulut yhteensä.

NOTICE:
Remember to pick up the package. If you do not pick up the package, we charge a separate return fee depending on the delivery method (15,38€ – 22,82€). Please note that if the package is returned undelivered, the original postage and return costs will be deducted from the return amount.
Delivery methods (UK)
Posti, International Priority 24,90€
Delivery to the nearest service point, or to the destination. Estimated delivery time is 2-14 days.
Registered letter 13,70€
Delivery via postal service to your home or a pickup point. Handed over to the recipient or their authorized representative against a signature. Estimated delivery time is 3-10 days.
Letter, no tracking 5€ – 7,50€
Delivery via postal service directly to your mailbox without tracking. Unfortunately, if the shipment is lost during postal handling, we cannot provide compensation. Estimated delivery time is 8-16 days.
NOTICE:
Remember to pick up the package. If you do not pick up the package, we charge a separate return fee depending on the delivery method (15,38€ – 24,90€). Please note that if the package is returned undelivered, the original postage and return costs will be deducted from the return amount.
Ordering and contract
You can order products on the homepage of our online store by moving them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to familiarize yourself with and agree to our delivery conditions valid at any given time. You understand that your order, which you have accepted and confirmed by us, is, except for what is mentioned later about the right of cancellation, binding and creates a contract between us with these terms of delivery.

Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail, so you enter your e-mail address when you place the order. The payment method used is also confirmed in the order confirmation.
If for some unexpected reason we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Delivery method
We will deliver your order using one of the available delivery methods mentioned on our website, which you choose when placing your order.
Delivery time
Yleisimmät toimitusaikamme EU -alueelle ovat tilauksesta ja toimitustavasta riippuen 2-10 päivää. Poikkeustilanteissa olemme asiakkaaseen suoraan yhteydessä ja sovimme tilauksen toimittamisesta.
Right of cancellation and return conditions
If you are a consumer, you have the right according to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel the order by notifying us of this no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods or, if it is a matter of regular delivery of goods, the receipt of the first batch of goods.
The cancellation notice must be sent clearly to our email below.
The right of cancellation only applies and accordingly the products to be returned must be in the original packaging, unused and well packed for return shipping.
Jos kauppa perutaan, tavara on palautettava viivytyksettä ja viimeistään 14 päivän kuluttua peruuttamisilmoituksen tekemisestä annettujen palautusohjeiden mukaisesti. When returning the delivered order, include your name and contact information and your account number for the refund.

Delivery check, error and problem situations
Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order or is incorrect, please report it to our Customer Service as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest, and we will agree on how to get the error corrected. In the consumer store, we comply with the mandatory error liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding errors.

Limitation of liability
Lappaz is not responsible for any indirect or direct or other damage related to the order, delivery or product or caused by any of the above, except until a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has stipulated otherwise with regard to the damage in question.

We try to settle any disagreements regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our Customer Service first to settle the matter.
